Dr. DeWeese
Jeffrey DeWeese knew from a young age that he wanted to be a doctor. Growing up in suburban Ohio, this desire was cultivated during his formative years, and by the time he graduated college, he couldn’t wait to get to medical school. But it wasn’t until a fateful rotation in the ER that his intent to make plastic surgery his life’s work crystallized.Watching a gifted colleague perform emergency reconstructive facial surgery to mend a little girl who had mauled by the family dog, Dr. DeWeese knew he had found his calling. The blend of art and science—both lifelong passions of his—attendant with performing plastic surgery spoke to him in that moment, and it still inspires and stimulates Dr. DeWeese to this day.

In addition to Dr. DeWeese’s warm presence, the Looking Glass support staff includes office manager Leslie Corzo, aesthetician Angel Valle, masseuse Joey Brown, and our resident hospitality director, Blanco, who’s always happy to greet and converse with clients. |

Leslie Corzo – Office Manager
Leslie has over 15 years experience managing doctors offices. She enjoys working closely with Dr. DeWeese and his patients to make sure all details are taken care of, and that the office runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Her warm smile and helpful nature contribute to the comfort people feel when they visit the Looking Glass offices. A transplant from Los Angeles, Leslie came to San Francisco to complete her BA in Liberal Arts and has been captivated by the food and culture of the City ever since. |

Angel P. Valle - aEsthetician
Angel has been a licensed esthetician since 2001, with experience in all aspects of advanced skin care treatment. Her Looking Glass services include performing detailed skin analysis using specialized equipment to evaluate skin condition; providing customized facials, waxing, and chemical peels; and advising and educating clients about proper skin care regimens and products.
Angel’s approach is holistic and focused on the individual. Over the years she has supplemented her education and training by acquiring Lash Extension Certification, Microdermabrasion Certification and Chemical Peel Certification, as well as successfully completing an Advanced Medical Aesthetics Course. |

Joey Brown - Masseur
Joey has been offering high-level therapeutic massage for over four years, graduating as Valedictorian of his LMT program in 2006. His training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Tui Na, Triggerpoint, Myo-Fascial Release, Cranial Sacral, Soft Tissue Normalization (STN), Reflexology, Geriatric, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy and other modalities.
Using Deep Tissue principles as a base, Joey combines and tailors his treatments to suit the specific needs of each client. His expert physical touch and his focus on fostering clients’ own body awareness makes for a refreshing and invigorating experience with lasting benefits. |

natasha ferreira - office assistant
In her valued role as office assistant, Natasha assists our office manager with a variety of administrative duties, including billing and reception. She is currently a student at City College of San Francisco and is gearing her studies towards law enforcement, with the goal of one day joining the FBI. |

Blanco
Since 2001, Blanco has been brightening the spirits of Dr. DeWeese, the Looking Glass staff and our frequent visitors. From the start, Blanco’s striking coat of white fur and mild, friendly disposition have made this Samoyed a welcomed part of the Looking Glass team; recently, his consistency and dedication earned him a well-deserved promotion to Hospitality Director. |

The Looking Glass Offices The Looking Glass Surgery offices are a comfortable place to explore the new you. We are located conveniently in the Lower Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, near Union Square and minutes from Downtown. Our offices are literally across the street from St. Francis Memorial Hospital, providing ready access to related services for both prospective and current patients. Consultations with the doctor, massages and skin care treatments are all available onsite, with an underground parking garage that makes visits a logistical breeze. Map our location here. |
