What to Expect After thigh/buttock lift Surgery

Patients usually spend the first night after surgery in the hospital. Bruising and swelling are to be expected as well as a “tight” feeling in the thighs. Bed rest and elevation of the lower extremities serve to facilitate healing.

Resuming Physical Activities

Patients may return to work in 2 weeks.
Vigorous exercise may be resumed after 4 weeks.
